PAHSMA Collection Store Design and Approvals

The Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority (PAHSMA) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the design and approval stages of a proposed new Collection Store development, in consultation with the client (PAHSMA).
The successful consultant or consulting company will:
- Produce concept and final designs and specifications for a new Collection Store at the Port Arthur Historic Site, suitable for Planning Application submittal;
- Undertake all geo-technical, or other, testing required at the site;
- Demonstrate how the new build will integrate with and impact on existing services; and
- Prepare and submit all documentation required and liaise with relevant authorities up to the issue of a Planning Permit for the proposed building.
The anticipated contract commencement date is 15 March 2021.
