Held in The Asylum, this year’s exhibition explores the unique character of the Coal Mines Historic Site and the wider Tasman landscape. Drawing inspiration from the region’s natural environment, waterways and history, the group presents a diverse collection of paintings and sculptural works that reflect a deep connection to place.
Meeting fortnightly, these accomplished local artists come together to share their love of nature, landscape and heritage. Through a variety of mediums and contemporary techniques, Coal Mines and Beyond presents paintings and sculptural works that explore the Coal Mines Historic Site and the wider Tasman landscape.
