Discover the story behind one of Tasmania’s most awarded vineyards at an exclusive dining collaboration between 1830 Restaurant and Bream Creek Vineyard.

Enjoy a five-course dinner curated by chef John Churchill, with each course paired with wines to highlight the craft, character and provenance of the region. As you eat, hear directly from Rafe Nottage and Fred Peacock about the vineyard, winemaking and the stories behind their premium Tasmanian wines.
