Port Arthur Historic Site is thought to be one of the most haunted places in Australia.
Many of the people who have taken our Ghost Tour would probably agree. But if you’re a brave soul who needs more than a few ghost stories to be convinced, our adults-only Paranormal Investigation Experience will give you the chance to do some ghost hunting of your own. This tour invites you to conduct your own paranormal investigations, in some of Port Arthur’s most notoriously haunted buildings.
Your experienced guide will show you how to operate paranormal testing equipment before leading you on your investigation. You’ll visit the Commandant’s Cottage, Separate Prison, Visiting Magistrate’s House, the Church, and the Parsonage – reputedly one of Australia’s most haunted buildings.
During your three-hour experience, you’ll take readings and measurements of paranormal activity within the buildings, and contribute valuable information to our extensive database of paranormal activity on the site.
