Gather your family and friends around the table for an authentic Italian feast for the senses!
Award-winning chef Matt Rao and Port Arthur’s head chef Ben Bate will take us on a tour of the provinces of Italy, showcasing local dishes from each region using our own produce from the Tasman Peninsula.
An Italian Aperitivo spritz will greet you on arrival, followed by grazing antipasto platters, hand-stretched pizza bases, stinging nettle ravioli, osso bucco Milanese, minestrone soup and finish it all off with a special tiramisu-cannoli dessert.
