- Ghost tours – Unavailable this evening
Please note that our site will close at 3pm and there will be no access or parking from 2pm.
We will also welcome passengers on board the Pacific Jewel cruise ship on Christmas Day.
Port Arthur has a naturally deep harbour which lended itself perfectly to the arrival of large ships back in the convict era. Today we welcome a select number of cruise ships each year. Passengers arrive by tender to the jetty in the morning to explore the site as well as join tours of the wider region. This activity is often limited to the morning hours with passengers returning back to the ship by midday.
