The Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority is delighted to have received Certificates of Excellence for both the Port Arthur Historic Site and Felons Bistro for 2013.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must have maintained an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on Trip Advisor, and must have been listed on Trip Advisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
Director of Tourism Operations for the Port Arthur Historic Site, Anne McVilly said, “We take our visitor feedback very seriously and are so pleased that our efforts to provide an excellent experience are being acknowledged by those that count the most – our customers!”
