All the staff have been exceptional.... Their knowledge, but most of all, their enthusiasm, added significantly to our experience. We learned a lot - and it was very enjoyable because they were so personable, friendly and down to earth. The sort of personalities you like to see presented to foreign visitors as exemplary Australians!
