All Site Entry passes are valid for daytime entry for two consecutive days and include a 40 minute guided walking tour — a great introduction to Port Arthur, its people and its past!

The Port Arthur Historic Site is approximately 100km south east of Hobart, with multiple transport options available.
Port Arthur Historic Site grounds and gardens
- Open from 9.00am until dusk.
- Open from 9.00am until the close of Historic Ghost Tours at night.
Houses and Buildings
- open between 10.00am and 5.00pm. Some houses remain open later during the summer months.
